QuickBooks Online is dependent of what data your bank sends to us. However, there are times that we're unable to receive the data because the connection was interrupted.
To refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online, we can manually update the Banking page:
- In the Banking page, click the Update button.
- Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
- Select Continue update.
