Thanks for joining on this thread and providing a screenshot. I’m here to clarify about creating and saving invoices.

Currently, the option to save invoices without an email address in QuickBooks Self-Employed is unavailable. However, you can enter a dummy email address to keep the copy in your account.

While this feature is not yet available, I will send a product suggestion on your behalf to our Development Team. They love to your voice as well, so I suggest you let them know that adding more control on the Invoices page is important for your business.
