There are times that mobile apps behave unexpectedly due to data stored in the cache. To remove its cache make sure you're connected to a Wifi, then follow these steps below:
Android
- Go to your device's Settings.
- Select Apps (varies by device)
- Click QuickBooks app from the list.
- Select Storage, choose Clear Data.
iOS
- Go to Settings, then choose General iPhone Storage.
- Click the app that's taking up a lot of space.
- Select Offload to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.
Once done, restart your device. Then, uninstall and reinstall the app.
