Hi calandmart-gmail, please reach our QB Online UK chat support team on this link - the advisor will take some additional account info to migrate the billing from your mobile partner to Intuit billing (please note, if you have payroll activated, it's not possible to migrate billing and doing so may block access to the payroll data.) :)
Hi calandmart-gmail We can see that you're billed via the App Store not us Intuit/QuickBooks, we'd be grateful if you can reach out them to establish why there has been a price increase, it could be that you had an initial discounted period.
Many thanks. I didn’t know there was a difference. Can you tell me how I go about paying direct for QuickBooks but still using the app when needed??
