Can not connect with HSBC Kinetic banking app

In your current case, you may want to close and then restart your mobile application, and then once done, proceed to refresh the app by going through settings to ensure you're starting with a clean slate. To refresh QuickBooks Online mobile app on iOS, these are the steps:

 

  1. Select Menu ☰.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data

In your device setting, here's how:

 

  1. Go to your Phone's setting.
  2. Select Settings, and then go to General.
  3. Choose iPhone Storage.
  4. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  5. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App. Then, power down and restart the phone.

 

In case you're using an android device, these are the steps:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

You can also Uninstall and then Reinstall the application to rule out the possibility of having a corrupted app on your device. It can help you establish a connection easily with your bank.
