Cannot view what clients owe anymore on the app.

The app no longer displays overdue money and cannot access client lists and sort by amount due.

In the meantime, let's troubleshoot your app to isolate damaged cache-related issues. It usually causes unexpected behaviors when working with the application.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Head to your device Settings.
  2. Click on Apps. Although it varies by device.
  3. Select the QuickBooks app from the list.
  4. Choose Storage, then clear data.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings on your device, then General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage and QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Free up storage without deleting app data by tapping Offload App.

 

However, you can also close and restart the application or uninstall and re-install it if the issue persists.

 

On the other hand, you can utilize the web browser as an alternative. You can use a report to check who owes you and what has been owed by going to Reports, then scrolling down to the Who owes you section and choosing which data to generate.
