May I know if you logged in to your active company file in QuickBooks? If so, then refer to the following resolution below.  

 

I'll provide a potential rationale for why this might happen on your end. When the app's storage data is almost at its limit, features, data, and icons disappear. When this occurs, it typically impacts QuickBooks' performance on mobile devices.

 

To have this resolve, you can erase the cache from your application so that you can use it again with a clean slate and all of its capabilities at your convenience. I'll happily enter the following instructions so you may go on.

 

For Android users, these are the steps:

 

  1. From your phone's settings, select Apps. A reminder, the option varies by device.
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list.
  3. Select Storage, and then click Clear data.

 

For iOS users, here's how:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right corner of your device.
  2. Next, choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click Refresh.
