Hello Pearlgasheating- thanks for posting on the Community page, can you please try fully uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it again and that should resolve it for you.

Yes I tried re installing the app but it doesn't seem to work. 

I have got 2 accounts and I think the self employed one needs to be deleted but I can find out to do this

Hi pearlgasheating-, from checking our system I can see that you have an inactive QuickBooks Online account and an active QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

 

If you'd like to go ahead and cancel the self-employed account, please see the linked guide to cancel a subscription on Google Play. Please note: You can't cancel subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store on the QuickBooks mobile app.

 

If you're looking to resume using QuickBooks Online, please double-check that the app that you have installed appears as 'QuickBooks Online Accounting'. If you need any further help from here, get back to us below. :)

Thank you for this explanation but It doesn't make sense as I am paying for the quick books online account as shown on my computer. I did this because I wanted to go for the 90% off deal. 

 

Is there a way of sorting this out on your end. I don't think I ever signed up for self employed account as this would have been no good to for me as I am a limited company.

As Community is a public forum, we're unable to sort confidential concerns like yours since we prioritize your security here. As much as we want to assist you here but issues like this are best handled by our Technical Support Team since they have all the necessary tools in looking at your account in a secure manner. This way, they'll be able to verify whether you have an active QuickBooks Online (QBO) account or not. 

 

I'll be providing you with these steps in getting in touch with our support team in case you need one:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select Contact us in the Search tab.
  2. From the What can we help you with field, enter your question.
  3. Click on Continue.
  4. Choose either Appointment, Callback, or Chat.
