You are able to export out chart of account lists,supplier and customer lists and product and service lists from QuickBooks Online and import directly into another QuickBooks Online. Which we can advise how to do.
You can ialso mport bills and invoices into the other company however there maybe some manipulation needed on the excel sheet To do this you can export transactions from the sales>all sales tab and expenses>expense transactions(just filter them to invoices/bills and overdue,if that is what you are looking for)
There are 3rd party apps such as transactions pro importer that may be able to move more information,if you look on the following link there will be more information on this app and other apps.
