I have an issue where on certain devices and login the app is not showing our company products. It appears to have completely gone. iOS updated and latest QB app updated

I have an issue where on certain devices and login the app is not showing our company products. It appears to have completely gone. iOS updated and latest QB app updated

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @jimmy. I appreciate that you brought this issue to our attention. I want to ensure that this matter is addressed right away and I appreciate the initiative steps you have taken.

 

For most general issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, clearing the app's cache can help resolve them. By clearing its cache, you can remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.

 

However, it seems that you have already updated your iOS and QBO app to the latest version and the problem is still persisting. Therefore, we can proceed uninstalling the QBO mobile app and then reinstalling it. 

 

Here are the steps to delete the mobile app for QuickBooks:

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Select Delete App
  3. Click Yes to confirm.

 

To reinstall the QBO app, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Open the App Store on your device and search for QuickBooks Online. (It may not be available in some countries).
  2. Select Free, then Install.
  3. If you are already signed up for QuickBooks Online, use the same user ID and password to sign in to the app.
  4. You may be asked to enter a one-time code to confirm your identity. Once confirmed, you can continue into your account.

 

As of now, we haven't received any reports about products and services missing on mobile app. Contacting our support team is the best option if the problem continues. If they believe there is a general problem, they can initiate an investigation. Once it is resolved, you will receive notification via email.
