IPhone app not working

We'll be happy to help with any issues that you're experiencing with the QBO mobile app. 

 

So that we can do this, please share some further information on the points raised. By update data, are you referring to a connected bank feed? 

 

The snap receipt function can be accessed on the app by following the steps below:

 

1. Open the QuickBooks Accounting mobile app.

2. Select the Menu icon.

3. Tap All.

4. Select Receipt snap.

5. Select Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt or bill.

6. Select Use this photo, then Done.

 

You can also view your accounts (chart of accounts) from the Menu by tapping All and Categories.
