Is anyone else having issues uploading an attachment on the app?

Hello Dave198, We don't have any other reports at the moment of the attachments not uploading on the app. Are you using the ios or android app? Could you make sure you are on the latest version, if not could you try uninstalling and re-installing the app and let us know if you continue to have the same issue? Thanks

I tried all that and it’s still not working.

Thanks for confirming this Dave198, so we currently have an investigation on this that are engineers are working on getting resolved, which we have added you on to. In the meantime the workaround is to add in the the web browser instead of the app until the issue has been resolved. 

Thank you for addressing this. It’s been like it for awhile but I haven’t done anything about it
