My app asking me to subscribe i have a account so don't understand?

Hi @1968miguelpinto-,

 

I've got your back in this concern about your subscription to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

The first thing to check in this situation is the account you have on your mobile app. Ensure the login credentials you use for your browser are the same for your mobile app.

 

Say, for example, you're able to log in to your QBSE company via a browser just fine. You'll need to use the same credentials on your mobile app, so you won't encounter the error message you stated above.
