Currently, there is an open investigation where cannot see the mileage tracking in-app. Rest assured that our engineers are working hard to resolve this issue permanently. Though, for the website, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a web-related problem.
Here's how the keyboard shortcut:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Command + Shift + N for Safari
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox
If it works fine, you need to go back to your original browser and clear the cache to speed up your system performance.
Alternatively, if you continue to get the same result, I suggest using a different browser.
