Just to clarify, have you reset the data or reinstall the application? That's the possible reason why it's asking you to log in again to the app.
However, If you receive a pop-up asking for "Restore" or "Do not restore" the last session upon opening the application, you'll just need to restore the last session you've work to the app. This way, you'll be able to login to the QuickBooks app without logging in again.
Also, QuickBooks app will reset every time it's not opened for some time since it holds sensitive data. Which is why you'll be asked to log in again.
