Add accountants please

Hi there, @harrison-karl-ho.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to invite different users through the Manage Users page. You can give your accountant an access to your company by following these simple steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. Go to Settings :gear: and select Manage users.
  3. Click Accounting firms.
  4. Select Invite.
  5. Enter the accountant's name and email address, then click Save.

 

Your accountant will receive an email with a link to sign into your QBO company. They will be asked to create a user ID before signing in the first time, unless they already have an account with Intuit Business Services.

Until your accountant signs in, their status will remain as Invited on the Manage Users page. After accepting the invitation, their status changes to Active.

 

They'll receive an email invitation with instructions on how to accept it. They won't pay any charges after accepting the invitation.
