Add my Accountant keeps looping to reset my password and not sending invite

Has anyone experienced difficulties in adding an accountant in Quickbooks UK online?  I am trying to send an invite to my accountant.  There are two methods to do this and both do the same thing.  The My Accountant tab on the LHS list and through Manage Users from the Cog in the top RHS corner.  When I have entered the accountants email address and click on Send Invite, it then asks me to reset my password.  I have to verify the new password and then go to see if the accountant has been added.  It hasn't in either case, and I go round and round the loop again.  Anyone any ideas?  Thank you!

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can we ask that you clear your cache and cookies to all time, close the web browser down, reload it and log into quickbooks and try and send the invitation to your accountant again.
