All of my information (reciepts) as disappeared.

Hello there, junzy.

 

To ensure your concern is resolved as soon as possible, I recommend contacting our live support team for further assistance. They’ll be able to investigate and help recover your data.

 

Here’s how:

 

1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Go to the Search tab.
3. Type in your concern (e.g., "missing receipts") and press Enter.
4. Select Contact Us.
5. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

Our live support team is available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
