- If you get a prompt message, "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
- Tap Refresh to confirm.
For Android:
- Go to the Menu icon, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Select YES to confirm.
If you get the same result, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
