Authentication input failed

Hello, usertiling-bathrooms.

 

I want to help you with the authentication. However, I need more details from you. 

 

Are you trying to log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account? Or are you trying to connect your bank account with an authentication?

 

On what page did you encounter the authentication input failed message? 

 

More details would definitely help me come up with a resolution regarding the authentication.

Authentication input failed

I’m trying to connect my bank to the app. 

I got to my banks page, selected the account I want to link with the app and then the page came up Saying authentication failed.

Hello Grant Forbes, thanks for commenting on this post, can you try and connect your bank on the web browser instead of the app and see if it lets you do it there or not and let us know.
