Can you disable the payslip passwords

Hi im ,Stefan Claudiu Vasile. Im ricive the pey slep but I cant open bicuose I dont have password

Please try the entering the password combination below to view your pay slip:

1. First 4 lowercase letters of surname (if surname is shorter than 4 letters, use the complete surname).
2. First 4 lowercase letters of the NI number. If the NI number is not available, use the 4 digits of your birth year instead.
