Cancel self employed subscription

I'm sorry to see you go, @support79.

Even so, I'm here to simplify the task.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Billing Information and click Cancel subscription.

After canceling, you will only have view-only access to your data for the next 12 months. Editing or adding information will be impossible. In addition, we keep your data for a year. This way, if you decide to resubscribe, you can pick up right where you left off.

If you mean canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you can do so by following the steps outlined in this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Furthermore, I got you this article for guidance in case you want to resubscribe to your QBO account: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions about canceling or resubscribing your account, you can always tag me in your reply. We'd love to have you back!
