Hello Community Users, We're just wanting to put an update on this thread. While we would suggest as previously consulting with an I.T expert to confirm this, it is more likely it is DNS TXT. For DKIM issues - its DNS. Any further questions just ask.

So if none of them solutions have worked for you you will need to ask an IT expert about it and they will be able to guide you on it and get it resolved.
I have asked and they are asking for more clarity. Are they TXT records?
