There has been a number occurrences where it seems to be disconnecting users, when they try and reset there account it says 'User not found'. When you go into the my team section the users account details are there but it says user disconnected and you have to re send the invite.
This has happened multiple times to different users in the team and they are only able to gain access once the invite has been resent from the admin.
Is any one able to advise if they have experienced anything similar?
