Good morning I cannot see my clients accounts. When i click on the qb symbol it doesn't turn black

Is this happening on a number of your clients or just one specific client? It may be a browser related issue, we advise you to sign out of QuickBooks clear the cache and cookies on your browser, login and attempt to access your clients.
