Welcome to Community, @userpusztavarien.
I'll be happy to share the steps on how to connect your PayPal business account with QuickBooks. Let's go to your QuickBooks account to see it.
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
- From the left menu, choose the Apps tab.
- Look for the PayPal app.
- Tap Get app now or Learn more and then Login.
- Mark the box for the appropriate file, then hit Install.
- Tick Let's do it.
- To authorize Intuit to pull data from your PayPal account, select Give permission.
- Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account then, Next.
- If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one.
- If you create a new account, you need to go back to QuickBooks Online and restart the connection process.
- Sign in to your PayPal account.
- To authorize the sync, pick Agree and Connect.
- Once the connection is established, tick Return to Intuit.
- Take the PayPal Bank where you'll find your PayPal transactions, then Next.
- If you have historical transactions, pick the date you like to start importing from, then click Done.
