HI i cannot access my access from mobile app ive uninstalled and reinstalled the correct app but nothings happening when i try to sign in

Before anything else, did you get any error messages when you tried to log in to the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app? Identifying any error messages will help me pinpoint the cause of the issue and assist you more effectively.

 

Meanwhile, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow on your mobile device, as accumulated cached files can often lead to software issues:

 

For Android devices: 

 

1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

For iOS devices:

  1. From your phone's settings, select Settings.
  2. Next, click on General and choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select the QBO app. This will free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

In addition to these steps, you can access QuickBooks Self-Employed through both the web and mobile web versions, which offer many of the same features as the mobile app.
