Hi, I was using QuickBooks on a trial and then really struggled to subscribe. I now have but it doesn't acknowledge that.

This app is so frustrating in some aspects, please help!

Do you want to purchase your trial account with the regular rate or open a new blank account to get the discounted rate? Either way, try opening the link on your private/incognito browser.

What is it exactly saying to you could you send us a screenshot please so we can see what is going on for you.

Did you try to resubscribe your account or purchase a new blank account? Make sure you are using a credit card issued in UK.

Try open the link as I mentioned earlier on your private/incognito browser. If you want to purchase your trial account, navigate to the Billing and Subscription menu. Otherwise, click the Buy button to purchase a new blank QSE account.

I already have a account I puchased a plan after a my free trial and this is that's when the attached message came up 

 

I tried the incognito thing, didn't work

Iv tried that it hasn't worked, and iv already got a account 

The 1 month free has run out and is had subscribed

I appreciate you for following the steps provided by my colleague above.

 

Upon further research, I've discovered that there's an ongoing issue with this message. This means that other customers are having the same issue.  Rest assured, our product engineers are doing their best to resolve this. 

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and allow you to receive update via email about this investigation.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.

In case you need to make changes to your QBO subscription, just visit the Account and Settings page. From there, you can manage your company details, view your subscription, update your credit card, make changes to your billing information.
