How do I cancel my account?

The process for canceling your company varies on how you have purchased your QuickBooks Online subscription. If bought directly from Intuit, you can proceed to these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user through a web browser.
  2. Head to the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Select Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section. You can choose Cancel Trial if you're using a trial account.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
