When canceling your subscription to QuickBooks Online, it depends on where you signed up for your subscription. Either you signed up through a mobile app store or in the online.
If you signed up through a mobile app, you can cancel it through the app store. If it's online, you can follow these steps on how to cancel it:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
- Select the Profile icon, then click Manage your Intuit Account.
- Click Products & billing, then select your company name.
- Select Cancel, then click Continue to cancel.
