How do I cancel subscription

To cancel the subscription in QuickBooks Online, Leerwilds. I can guide you through the process.

  1. Click the Gear icon located at the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Under Profile, Choose the Subscription and Billings tab.
  3. In the subscription section, you will find a Cancel or Cancel Subscription button and click it.

Just heads up, after canceling your QuickBooks Online subscription, you will still be able to view and download your data during a one-year retention period, but you will not be able to make any edits.
