Before we begin, could you clarify which invoice address you're trying to update? Are you referring to the address on invoices sent to customers, or the billing address for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription? Providing a screenshot or additional details will help us better understand the issue and guide you toward the solution.
If you’d like to update your invoice address, here’s how:
- Go to Invoices.
- Click Create Invoice.
- Select Edit Work Info.

Please note that changing the address will only apply to new invoices. Any invoices already sent to customers will retain the original address.
