Hello there, Martin. I'll share some steps to help you export the data from your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
There are separate ways you can export your data out of your QBSE account. For the list of transactions, you can use the Export icon to perform the process. Here's how:
- In your QBSE account, select the Transactions tab.
- Next, set the correct date range and other filters needed.
- When ready, click the Export icon located at the upper right part of the page.
To export mileage data, you have to use the Download Trips button. I'll guide you on how:
- Navigate to the Miles tab.
- From there, you can choose the miles you need to export by using the Type, Tax Year, and Vehicle filters.
- When ready, select the dropdown arrow beside Add Trip and choose Download Trips.
Then, to export your reports, follow these steps:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- From here you can select to download your profit and loss report, receipts that you've collected for your business, tax summary, and tax information.
- Choose the period you want to export the data for using the filter, for each of the reports you want.
- Then, select Download (If the Download hyperlink is not visible, select the dropdown arrow, then choose Download).
