Let your accountant view their email to accept the invite from there. Also through the Audit Log report, you'll be able to see who made some changes in your company file. Just go to the Gear icon and then click Audit Log.

Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps so you'll be able to see the Manage users option. To start, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. There are times that cache and cookies stored on the browser cause problems when running websites. Refer to these shortcut keys to open a private browser:
When signed in, invite your accountant again:
If you successfully see the Manage user option, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. If not, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
