I can help you with cancelling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, manshakapur86.
You must be the account's primary or company admin to cancel the account. From here, you can go to your Settings to cancel the account.
Here's how:
- Go to Settings ⚙ and click on Account and settings.
- Proceed to the Billing & subscription.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial.
- Follow the onscreen steps to finish cancelling the account.

We save your data for a year before deleting it. This allows you to resume where you left off if you wish to return.
As previously said, if you want to return, you should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you check into your account. If not, refer to this article on how to resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
