I am being charged 3 times

I’ve had 2 payments taken 9 days apart.

I appreciate you contacting us about the charges in your account, Maidin and KL76. 

 

Checking the charges requires pulling up your account, which we can't do here in the Community space for security purposes. So, let's have your account checked with the correct support.

 

I highly suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can verify why you're being charged twice and take further action. They can also able to process a refund for you.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.
