I am unable to send invoices from my Quickbook account on iPhone . This has stopped working last two weeks

I understand the importance of sending your invoices on time, fatjak. We can do the reset app data process and uninstall and reinstall your app to fix the issue. There are times when the stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the system. I'll get into the details.

Resetting your app data is similar to clearing caches from a web browser. Doing this refreshes the app storage and improves its performance.

Here's how to do it in the IOS:
 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Select Offload App to free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
     

Once done, try sending invoices again. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Please refer to the steps below:
 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.
