I can’t access any information on my account.

Do you mean that your bank is disconnected, which is why you're unable to access any information from your account?

 

If this is the case, your bank has undergone system maintenance, causing the connection to time out. In such cases, you'll need to reconnect your bank account to establish the connection with the updated bank feeds.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the Banking page, select Connect account.
  2. Choose your bank, then select Let’s go.
  3. Review the terms and select Agree.
  4. Sign in with your online banking credentials and follow any required security steps.
  5. Select the accounts you want to connect.
