I can't connect to my bank account in the mobile app. Works fine on my laptop but not phone. Any one else has this issue?

Before we can accomplish your goal for today, can you tell me more about the problem initially raised? May I know the name of your bank? Did you receive an error message upon connecting it to online banking via the mobile app?
