Let's make sure you'll be able to log in to your account, @Scottcon.
Normally, you should be able to sign in when utilizing the log-in link you'd normally use. If not, you can launch a private window (incognito) and see if the issue is still occurring. These browser sessions do not retain local files or cache, hence eliminating the potential of a webpage issue.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
If you're able to log in, return to your default browser. Your cache and extensions are probably interfering with the scripts QuickBooks is trying to run the page. Clear the cache so you'll be able to work with a clean slate. If not, you can switch to a different browser.
Furthermore, to learn more about how you can create and send invoices, I've provided this article for more information: Create Invoices In QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to visit the Community again if you have questions about signing in to QuickBooks. I’ll be glad to answer them for you. Have a good one.
