I want to invite my other account as accountant but I can't receive the code to proceed.
I want to ensure you'll receive a verification code so you can invite your account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, RUBENVA.
One of the possible reasons why you haven't received a verification code through text or call is that the phone number entered into your Intuit account was incorrect. Though you see the correct last four digits of your phone number upon requesting the code, the rest of the number may be wrong.
To verify this, I encourage logging in to your Intuit account and going to the Sign In & Security section. From there, check the phone number being registered. Here's how:
If it's incorrect, change the phone number by clicking the Verify link. Then, enter your Password in the field and click Save when done.
However, if you've set the correct number, I suggest logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. Then, invite your account again and verify if you can receive a verification code. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. To open a private browser, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
If this works, they need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

Upon checking my number is correct,
I tried log in with my private browser with google chrome and with microsoft edge but nothing happen, I didn't receive any verification code.
I would like also to add that my employer too doesn't receive a verification code too when she wants to invite as accountant.
Hello Rubenva, at what point exactly does it ask for the code and then doesn’t send it to you? Is it the point where you send the invite out to your accountant it asked for the code which you don’t receive? Also is it you who is trying to send the invite out or is it another user on the account?
The point where I send invite to my accountant and then requesting for 6 digits code, my number was correct but I didn't receive any codes.
Is it possible to change the option? Instead of phone number, ill use email instead.

Yes, and I always choose the email as the recipient of the code.
