I have a subscription but it still says its expired on my account?

Let me help you reactivate your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, dan-zestfordesig.

You should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign into the QBO company. If not, we can go to the Billing & Subscription page to reactivate it. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Hit Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Press Subscribe.

Then, Log out and log in again. Once done, go back to the Billing & Subscription page then check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact Support  to prevent back-billed charges from occurring. To learn more about this one, see the How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online article.

Feel free to visit our Account management page for more insights about managing your Intuit account.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Just reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Have a great weekend.
