I have accepted the new payroll pricing and my pay run creation is now disabled because my subscription is in transition. how long does this take?

I have accepted the new payroll pricing and my pay run creation is now disabled because my subscription is in transition. how long does this take?

Thanks for raising this payroll concern in our forum, @fergusonsracing,

 

I can get you to the right department who can check the status of your payroll. Our representatives has the tools to review your account after switching to the new pricing and help you resume the pay run.

 

To consult with our representatives, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu to open the QB Assistant box.
  2. On the page, enter Contact Support.
  3. Pick Live Chat to connect with our live representative.
  4. Once done, click the Live Chat link provided in the pop-up box.
  5. On the next page, enter Payroll Account and Billing then Let's Talk.
  6. Lastly, select Start a chat.
