I have been billed by quickbooks for a year, but unable to access account

I had an account for a year, I didn’t want to use it straightaway, but when I did start, I couldn’t access. I asked for help from the support team, they tried, but eventually gave up. I am so fed up I want to cancel my account and when I tried to ring quickbooks, apparently I couldn’t even do that. I have to go through a social forum? I am cancelling my direct debit, whether anyone will see this I don’t know but I have tried. I would like a refund of money I’ve paid out for nothing

The self employed product is not offered with telephone support only support via social media and hence the telephone support agents were not able to assist you.

We would be grateful if you can either DM us on Twitter or PM us on FaceBook with the email address associated with your QuickBooks account to enable us to cancel the product on your behalf, if it is billed through Intuit/QuickBooks and we can look into the possibility of issuing a refund.
