I have cancelled my subscription, and should be able to access my previous records for a year, but an error message runs when I try to view my page.

the code is: Error code: -81594, type: VALIDATION_ERROR It says to contact support, however Quickbooks will only let me ask the community now...

I have cancelled my subscription, and should be able to access my previous records for a year, but an error message runs when I try to view my page.

Once you cancel your account, you will have access only until the end of your billing period, Jennifer. 

Your data will be saved for up to one year, allowing you the option to access it if you decide to resubscribe to your account within that timeframe.
