While I'm sad to hear you’ve canceled the account, I’m here to walk you through on how to verify the status of your account. 


Let me walk you through the step-by-step process.

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.

Also, you’ll receive an email notification containing your cancellation details.
