I’m now unable to open estimate previews or invoice previews. The apps crashing & closing. I must have deleted/reinstalled the app 10+ times to no avail, any suggestions?

The app has worked trouble free for the past 2.5 years, but suddenly not working.

Since the issue persists after trying to fix it multiple times, we can contact our support to proceed with the next steps and gather more information about the issue. This way, they can assist you in securely sharing any important information needed to determine the root cause and provide a resolution:

 

  1. Go to this website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online for the product section.
  3. Choose an Edition from the dropdown.
  4. Type your concerns in the designated section, and click Continue to proceed.
  5. From the options, select either Chat with us to start a conversation or Receive a Callback to get a spot in line and call you back.

Aside from that, you can also preview your transactions using a mobile or web browser. Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Create or open the invoice from the Sales menu.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click Print or Preview.

If you’re referring to the IOS app, the print/preview issue started with an update about a week ago, and is currently still ongoing.

 

Quickbooks are working on fixing on case INV-121598.

 

It affects all previews, eg invoice preview, payment preview, attachment preview etc.
