I'm trying to link my bank account to the app but every time I get the verification phone call the page just goes blank and doesn't update saying it connected even after it says the code has been accepted

I'm trying to link my bank account to the app but every time I get the verification phone call the page just goes blank and doesn't update saying it connected even after it says the code has been accepted

Let's go through a few steps to get your online bank connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company, @jfitzy1994-hotma.

 

The first thing you can do is swap the connection you're using from WiFi to cellular data or vice versa. You can also refresh the mobile app itself. Do this by going to the Help menu, then select Refresh App Data. You can uninstall, then reinstall the mobile app if the issue persists. 

 

Otherwise, open a browser from your computer and proceed from there. You can use this article for reference: Connect your bank feeds using Open Banking.
