I'll make sure you'll regain control over your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @rex-gw40-gmail-c. This way, you can manage your account and the growth of your business accordingly.
When you're part of an accountant's wholesale billing (paying subscription directly to the accountant), you aren't the Primary Admin of your QBO account. Your company may haven't been totally removed from their plan, or they haven't successfully given you full control of your account. That's why you're unable to do anything on it (i.e., manage your subscription).
@Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. With this, I'd recommend contacting your accountants again. This is to make sure they've removed you from their plan and transferred the primary admin access back to you.
