I was sent a link for trial copy of Desktop Pro to be able to access to upload my data, i now can't open the DT version as it says i require internet explorer 11??

can not access desk top version and IT engineer said that it is a quickbooks issue not my pc

Thanks for the link Ashleigh, i downloaded it but it didn't install, i was asked to select the fix program in the control panel which i did and once completed i'm still getting the message that IE is not switched on and QB needs it to work properly, i'm not good with IT so really don't know what to do and my business can not send out any quotes or invoices.

 Hello Crescent-carpets, it is no problem at all, can you ring the desktop support team on 0808 168 9535, they will be able to help more as they deal with everything to do with desktop thanks.
